Northern Lights on Food - IV Conference

Come and join us in Lund with a conference on food and food structure! Food structure is essential to develop the future of the food. We want to enable scientists in the food field to take full advantage of advanced technologies, including the new research tools provided by neutron- and x-ray facilities ESS and MAX IV in Lund.
