Dr Leonie van 't Hag, from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, visited Lund University! Dr van’t Hag had a well-appreciated seminar on “Processing-Structure-Property Relationships of Plant-Based Protein Products”. The seminar was arranged by LINXS, LU Physical Chemistry, LU KILU and LU Food Technology, Engineering and Nutrition.
